ScrollVox Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your subscription to premium features of ScrollVox — AI Teleprompter (the “App”). By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Plans

Available plans, durations, prices, and trial periods are displayed in the App and in Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before you subscribe. Plans may include recurring weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase where available.

Availability and pricing may vary by country or region. The offer displayed by Apple at the time of purchase controls.

3. Premium Features

Premium access may include:

Extended or unlimited AI voice recognition
Extended or unlimited script creation and storage
Advanced appearance, recording, and customization settings
Watermark-free export where offered
Priority support where offered

The exact premium features available to you are shown in the App and may evolve as the App is updated.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices where permitted.
Price changes for recurring subscriptions are handled through Apple and take effect according to Apple’s applicable rules.
Apple may notify you or request consent when required.

5. Auto-Renewal Terms

Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Renewal Charge

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown by Apple for your subscription.

How to Disable Auto-Renewal

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select ScrollVox.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.

6. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Subscriptions can only be cancelled through Apple’s App Store.
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Effect of Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the subscription expires.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase rather than an auto-renewing subscription. Access remains available while the App and the purchased features continue to be offered, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted to Apple because Apple processes all payments. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the purchase, and follow Apple’s instructions.

8. Free Trial

Trial Terms

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.
The trial duration will be shown before you subscribe.
You will not be charged during the free trial period.

Trial to Paid Conversion

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and Apple will charge the price displayed when you started the trial.

9. Service Availability

Service Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the premium service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes where appropriate.

Service Interruption

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features. Temporary interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

10. Restoration of Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices:

Open the App.
Go to the membership or subscription page.
Tap Restore Purchases.
Your eligible active purchase will be restored through Apple.

11. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or purchasing ScrollVox premium features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Subscription Agreement.
